I currently have mudguards installed on a brand new car. I have read about them scratching the paint. Question is, will either the OEM kit or the euro-r kit cover the scratches made by the mudguards? I am debating whether to keep them on or off since I will eventually get one of those kits. Thanks in advance.

 

the sideskirts will not cover anything fron the front mud guards, the rear body bit may cover the rear side skirt marks. i've never had mud guards so can't say for sure.

 

They won't over them. I just took off my mudguards..and I'll put on the oem kit..when it gets warmer.

I had some light scratches...after only 10000....They need to fix the design of the mudguards!!

I took a look at my side skirts...and also at pics and the area where the scratches are will not be covered. As for the rear...I'm not sure if they will cover, but my rear mudflaps didn't cause any scratches.

As for the front though....I had some scratches...after only 10000....They need to fix the design of the mudguards!!
