I am interesting on buying a used TSX. Unfortunately the seller missplaced its owner manual. I just wondering what includes on a TSX owner manual?

Just negotiate $50 or however much it costs for a manual. Problem solved.

 

Go to helminc.com and get the replacement. You'd probably be better to just get the service manual. I haven't used the owner's manual yet.

 

is there any like radio code or any kind of code for each specific car?

 

There is a radio code and navi code if your getting it, get it from a dealer

 

Get this from the dealer if you don't have it. If your battery is ever disconnected you will not be able to use your stereo/navi without these codes. I would get it ASAP.

 

It is in a very strategic place in the car... unless the previous owner removed that sticker like I did.

Hint Hint... glove box area.


That is why I think radio codes are such a joke. They put it somewhere in the car for the mechanics to find. Well guess what, any idiot can find it then too make the stereo code useless. That's why I took mine out.

 

That's not entirely true. Maybe your dealer put the code sticker in the glove box, but that is not what they're supposed to do. The car actually comes with 3 radio stickers from the manufacturer. Two have both the radio code and the audio s/n printed on them, the 3rd has just the s/n. The dealer is supposed to stick only the s/n sticker inside the glove box, so the s/n can by used to retrieve the radio code thru the Honda/Acura network. The two stickers with the actual radio code on them are supposed to be stuck to the veh. paperwork.
