Does anyone have or know where I can get the ecm/ecu pigtails from a 07 or 08 tsx? I am also looking for the whole tpms system. I tried posting in the forsale section as a wtb thread but i dont have sufficient priviledges. Any help would be greatly appreciated

 

Oh and does anyone know where i can get the wiring schematics for the 07 to 08 tsx? I got one from the a honda site that said it was for 04 to 08 but the it doesnt say anything about the tpms system and wire codes. If not mistaken the wire codes changed through the years.

 

Why not spend the 50$ and buy the factory service manual? It comes with all the wiring diagrams. Kind of a no-brainer.

 

^Which manual because the one I have is for 04 -08 and it does not mention anything about the tpms system. Do you know where exactly that they sell it?

^Good question. I'm basically trying to do what I was told is impossible. I'm trying to put 08 tsx gauges in my 1994 acura legend coupe. So far i got the the cluster, ecm, and MICU. Based on my research and findings the only things left that i need is the pigtails for the ecm and tpms system which is the unit behind the rear seat and the 4 sensors mounted by the struts. After doing some searching i have realized that color codes for the wires has changed so now I'm back to square one trying to figure out what wire is what.

 

You have the '04-'08 factory service manual? In the latter part of chapter 22 you will find the gauge cluster wiring etc. There will be a diagram for each: '04-'05, '06, and '07-'08.

 

Are you planning to use a TSX ECU just to read some sensors in the car to drive the guages? You may have some signal compatibility issues there... How are you going to get vehicle speed and engine RPM? Do you know if the vehicle speed sensor has a similar output to the one in the TSX?

Sorry for such a later update but for the speedometer i was going to use dakota digtal module to adjust the pulse rate for the vss sensor. For the rpm dakota digital makes a unit to adjust the rpms to a 6cylinder motor.

I'm still looking for the ecm pigtails by the way if anyone knows where i can get them.
