TSX dash/ambient lighting vs the Accord's?
I haven't had a chance to see the 04 Accord EX dash lit up at night. Are the gauges/dash lit similar to those of the TSX? Anyone have any comparison pics? IMO, one of the coolest features of the TSX is the dash/ambient lighting. :wackit:
Thanks,
Scott
Edit:
Also, how do the stereos compare between the two cars?
Thanks,
Scott

My aunt has a 2003 Accord Coupe - and the placement of lighting is very similar (though the colors aren't) - i specifically remember that little light that shines down onto the stick... so cool.

That is one thing that sold me on the TSX rather than the Accord. The Accord does have similar lights in similar places but instead of the sexy blue, it is amber in the Accord (if memory serves me).

Thanks for the replies,
Are the gauges lit the same? Same color? So if you swap out the amber bulb over the console for a blue one, the Accord's lighting is basically the same?

I cant speak for the lighting, but the gauges themselfs are not as appealing in the Accord IMO. The speedometer is HUGE! I mean really big and right in the middle and very bright. I thought it was great for senior citizens who need to make sure they are well below the speed limit.

Yeah, I do like the layout of the TSX gauges better. I was very close to buying a TSX a few weeks ago and had to go out of town for about three weeks on business. My dealer drug his feet and couldn't get the deal done quickly. During that time I have been second guessing myself about getting the V6 Accord instead. With a few exceptions, I'm now thinking that the Accord may be a better choice for me. Whatever car I choose, it will basically be my traveling office and I think the Accord may be the better choice for that. It's a good, reliable $25Kish sedan.

Not sure if these will help, but I got the Accord pics from their website.
The Accord Coupe:
The Accord Sedan:
And my TSX:
It took me a couple days to get used to the TSX speedometer since it starts straight south and I've never driven a car that show speed increments by 20 before.
