TSX 2006 dvd unit hack or replace

So, I had the bad luck that the old owner of this tsx managed to strip several screws on teh dvd unit, and so far I have been unsusccesful in removing them. but I got an small idea, using a raspberry pi to either clone the dvd unit and work as a replacement , or have it running linux or android and use the screen for something else. At this point I can live without the nav unit as the ac in auto is fair enough, and I can control the radio with other buttons and the navigation was going to be outdated anyway with that unit.

my issue is the cabling, electrically I have found a way to make the raspberry pi run easily enough , but now my issue is how to transmit video to the screen . Anyone has an schematic of those connectors on the trunk that I could use?

has anyone attempted this before? and if so have they managed to find a way to control the ac fan speed ? although auto is good enough for me, not being able to control the speed of the AC is a bit of annoying sometimes. The dvd unit has been non working and alpine last time I asked wanted about 300$ to repair it, which for an old nav unit with outdated maps seems far too expensive.
