2004 TSX New Tires

Does anyone have a suggestion for a not too expensive tire for the 2004 TSX? I want all-season, good handling, quiet. I'm in the Northeast but hardly ever drive in the snow.
Currently have Hankook Ventus V2 Concept with good tread and I like them but they are 8 years old so I am replacing.
Thanks!

tirerack.com has some very good tires listed, ie, General, Kumho, that are around $100-120 each.

In my opinion all-season tires are a waste of money. They don't do exceptionally well in any category. Snow tires are the only ones that work well in winter, and summer tires can be used in every other season. If you can foot the bill for a cheap set of wheels (via craigslist, marketplace, etc) and throw snows on them, then put summers on your current set, I think you would be much more satisfied. I just put General G-max RS on and really like them. If you don't care all too much about performance and handling, and must use all-season, their G-max AS-05 are a solid buy for the price.

If you're after a set for all seasons, not 3 seasons, then look into an all weather tire. "All season mud and snow" tires are really not meant for snow even though the sidewall tells you so. Once you hit a lower temperature range and encounter snow they are basically useless and unsafe. They are not able to bite into the snow and ice to provide proper traction and the treads end up collecting snow. Winter/all weather tires are designed to work in low to freezing temperatures, "all seasons" are not.

I'm from western Canada and have driven with winter tires and "all season" tires in the winter and the difference between the two is night and day. Consider your safety.

Thanks! I live in New York City in a 1 Bedroom Apt so I have no place to store a set of off-season tire. I also very rarely drive in snow so I will have to get the all-seasons.
Any opinions on the Hankook Ventus V2 Concept 2

Got the Hankook Ventus V2 Concept 2. $494 for 4 tires installed and balanced before tax. Happy with them so far.
