Hey everyone,
I have a 04 Tsx with about 140k miles on it. Past few months the trip computer rarely works but sometimes seems to magically start working again but for very short duration. I know that this is not a vital part but it helped a ton with fuel economy etc..
Any ideas would be appreciated..

I would suspect the gauge panel has a cracked solder joint. Some have had results by visually inspecting for damage and re -flowing the suspect jts w/ new solder. There are services that will repair gauge panels for reasonable fees ($100-$200).
