Tinting suggestions??
I just recently bought an '04 6 speed MT TSX and I'm really wanting to tint the all the windows (excluding windshield). does anybody have any suggestions on what I should do? I'm thinking black out the back at like 5% and do 35% on the side windows. What do you think looks good?

I went darkest legal on CGP TSX. In Florida, that's 35% on the front windows, 20% on the rear doors and rear window. It looks sharp, and you don't notice too much of a difference between the front and the back. One thing to keep in mind is that most (and I only say most because I haven't talked to every dealer out there) installers won't give any kind of warranty whatsoever on illegal tint. Liability thing. All the ones I talked to won't even give you a receipt or anything with their name on it.
Unfortunately I live in Iowa where we can only tint the rear window and doors. The front windows can have no tint at all. I was maybe thinking black out the back window and then do a lighter on the front and rear door windows. I'm not real concerned with the legality. on my last car I only got one ticket in 8 years.

for me, tint isn't so much about looks as it is function. hawaii is 35% legal for sedans on all glass except windshield. believe me when i say tint makes a huge difference with the heat inside the car.
I think it looks stupid to have the front and back different percentages.
go the same all around. your car needs an overall good look, not a flashy thing
here or there.
I chose my tint on quality and performance, not on %.
Look up Llumar Axcess tint, and look for that locally.
Or if not take one step down and try to find something from Huper Optik.
The Llumar Axcess tint will never interfere with bluetooth or any wireless device
and it's very highly rated to keep the heat defelected away from the car.
I have 15% all around on a Carbon Gray Pearl.
Llumar Axcess tint is quite possibly also the clearest tint from the inside.
My tint at 15%, from the inside, looks clearer than normal 35%.
I can actually barely see a difference, from the inside, between the tinted windows
and the windshield looking out, that's how clear it is.
I do NOT have to ever roll down my window at night either because it's too dark
to see out of the windows due to tint, it's nice and clear.
consider heavily what KIND of tint to get, not just what %.

We've got the same rules here in BC (no tint on front door windows). I decided to take my chances and did 35% on the doors and 20% on the rear window. So far only one ticket.
These are the only photos I could find, but hope it helps with your decision.
Sorry for the angle, the first two were taken by the installer.

Huper Optik is ceramic tint, while the llumar is hybrid tint using dyes and metals. Look up the specs, Huper Optik 30% gives you 63% heat rejection and 86% of Infrared Lights while the Llumar will give you 55% heat rejection max with 5% tints.
I got quoted $495 for Huper Optiks so I just went with carbon tints, which I really like. It has that true black look to it.
I did 35 on two fronts and 18 on the back and I like how it looks. although it would look better with one shade all the way around. California law is a PITA..
