Tinting
Tinting
I leased a '07 TSX just over a month ago and I couldn't be happier. I fell in love with this car when I had one for over 2 weeks while my CL had its trash transmission replaced
. Now I have one! or at least I rent one...haha. I will probably just purchase it in a year or two.
I was wondering if I would be able to tint the windows on a leased car? I loved the tint on my CL and I thought I wouldn't mind the lack of tint on my TSX but I am starting to feel a little naked...I hate when people can see in. The only real reason I worry about the tint is because of the back window and the defroster. I don't want Acura coming back and charging me for repairs if I decide to turn the car in at the end of the lease. Thanks for the info.

I got the carbon grey with quartz interior. I really like the color. I had a black CL and that thing was way to hard to keep clean. When it was clean it was really nice looking. I passed on the nav. it's cool but not worth the extra money. I would rather just change the temp. and not have to go through all the extra stuff.

I also have a black on black TSX. I recently threw 15% all around, and couldn't be happier with the results. The car looks sharp as hell now. You can see the results in my avatar to the left.
P.S. Local tint shops will remove tint for as little as $5 per window, and $20 for the rear-defroster style window. So if worse comes to worse and the dealer is going to penalize you at turn-in, you can simply visit the same shop you had install it to get it removed. Not bad, eh?
