Steering wheel on 2006

Only recently noticed the steering wheel on the 2006 TSX and 2006 EuroAccord differ.

TSX wheel still has the 'old' shape opposed to the newly shaped EuroAccord wheel... (reffering to the center of the wheel)

Maybe we should turn it into a poll... +1 for the european steering wheel

They look almost the same, other than the logo design in the middle? Honda is the master of parts carry over, shouldn't they be the exact same steering wheel?

Same steering wheel, just different airbag. The center is the airbag.

New Civic is a bit too much spaceship for my liking... not bad, just a matter of taste (or no taste :-))

Ah, but I don't see the 10 & 2 bumps on the euro wheel, which probably means is the older, tinner wheel as well. I like my 06 wheel a lot better than the 05 loaner I had for a day with the older style wheel.

10 and 2 bumps are there on the euro wheel... Only difference is in the center (airbag) cap... TSX has a more old styl shaped center opposed to the new shape with circle on the euro....

Ordered my 06 3 weeks ago... Hoping to get it within the next 2 weeks... Ordered it in a color which I believe US doesn't get... Dark Mocca... They changed some things which were not on my 03 (most were standard already on the TSX).. VSA, DBW, Cruise control, board comp, auto dim rearview mirror, instrument panel color has gone from all red to blue and red, different 'carbon' materials for the interior. And some things that changed also for the TSX like the windscreen wipers, grille, bumpers. Also took the option for the factory HID's with autolevelling (standard on TSX, but 1100 euro option here in europe). I'll share some pics once I get it...

Here's a pic for color indication of the dark mocca...
