Some dumbass is using pictures of my car with out my permission.

It has come to my attention that someone stole pics of my car and is using it for an ebay auction.

wtf? Couldn't he have taken a picture of the actual item instead of stealing from me?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2468542637

Thanks to Tom (Azn-Dragon) for notifying me about this.

Look at my TSX gallery in my sig, those exact same pictures in that auction are there! Do I smell a scam here???

Another auction this seller has up he ripped another ABP TSX pic from Temple of VTEC.(www.vtec.net) and two pics of my ABP TSX.

Anyway to notify ebay? Also, any fellow TSX owners want to help me bring this dumbass down for stealing pictures of my precious TSX?

Agent, what domn said.

And also, you should email the seller notifying him that you do not appreciate the use of your pictures without permission and that unless he removes them, you're going to take further action. Also, if you dig around ebay's website, I think you can find a link used to report suspicious activities. Report the guy via email, including the seller name, item #, and your contact information and ebay should look into it for you. Hope that helps.

That's fuct but I would never do business with a guy who has had 3 negative feedbacks out of 18 transactions. You can complain to ebay. There is a link on the auction to report problems.

Tell him either that or he owes you money for using your photos.

You can clearly read your plate in the daytime photo. Not to scare you, but that's a major privacy/security concern. You should make the turd remove those shots immediately.

I notified ebay about this auction as well as another auction he has up.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2468544653

I also emailed the seller to remove the pictures from his auction. I am waiting for a reply. This is just so low, he ripped a picture from my website and from vtec.net!

That is f-cked up that he/she does this. I would definitely take some action with ebay if he doesn't remove the pic from the auction.

That would be annoying. Especially if it is a scam and the buyer tries to take recourse against you (because license plate is yours).

cardomain probably is the site where this idiot got the pictures of my car from. Either that or honda-acura.net.

Your Lights

I had not seen those lights before on Chen's car. How much did they cost you Chen? I really wish they were standard on the TSX; those red tail lights are not only dumb looking they are not very visible (safe) probably due to the fact that the design was based on a yellow turn indicator.

Yeah, what are you talking about, the auction is for the stock rear tailights, those are OEM ones. Our taillights are sweet looking

You know at first I thought that the person who stole your picture was probably just too lazy to take one of his own car. Now that I think about this, the situation may be more dangerous. This could be a car thief trying to find a buyer for YOUR car. How easy would it be to find out who you are and where you live? I don't want to alarm you too much and I'm probably just paranoid but try to take extra precausions against car thieves.

Looks like they removed the auction, because yesterday last I checked it was still going. Now its gone. Great to see eBay take action.

That would be a scary thought. I am afraid of identity theft and its possible that I became a victim cuz someone hacked my Paypal account last month. I really hate thieves!
