Has anyone had any experience with Napleton Acura Service Department in Elmhurst, IL. If so, how were you treated there? What's their service like?
Thanks

McGrath Acura in Glenview did a horrible job on my car, last time I went.....those idiots floored my car and almost hit my side mirrors against a wall of the service garage and they didn't put in enough motor oil, so the light was still on after I left. I had to go back and tell them that the oil light was on and to put more.
I have to agree with Jason, Continental Acura on Ogden is tops in Chicagoland.

I wanted to buy my Tsx at Ed Napelton cause of their car ad in the Sunday Tribune for $249/month. I was like , but I read the fine print. So, Continental and McGrath are the best for service?

I ordered a MS/6spd/Nav from Ed Napelton, at the end of Oct. for $800 below msrp (with the std freebies - mats, locks, tray).
No one else would go below $500.
Given this extremely rare combination, they had to order it.
They're now giving me a delivery date for the end of January, about 1.5 months later than promised (I had them throw in free all-weather mats as a penalty)
They said "Your vehicle is being built right now in Japan. Once it is done being built it will take 30-40 days for shipping."
Should I be concerned about false promises, and not getting the right car as promised?
Fortunately, I'm not in dire need of the car, but it was an Xmas present to the spouse...
