I feel the need...
I have an '04 (bought new) and replaced my stock rotors at 40k with Brembo's and Axxis Ultimate pads and am due for a replacement now at just shy of 80k. No complaints and much better than the stock set-up. I'm prob tougher on my brakes than the avg bear since most of my mileage is stop'n'go commuting.

Might want to consider Centric rotors. They're the same company that makes Powerslot and Stoptech. I went with the centrics over the brembos due to the black coating to prevent rust. From feedback on tirerack and this forum, there are a lot of complaints about rusting around the lug nut area. Centrics are cheaper than brembos, check out tirerack.com or placeforbrakes. I just replaced my OE + Hawk HPS setup with Centric + Akebono Super Street pads, I've been very pleased with the quality of the rotors and the braking performance over my old setup. Good luck!

I replaced my ’04’s rear rotors with Brembo blanks, bought from the Tire Rack, back in April. (Also bought Akebono pads.)
I was going to go with Power Slot rotors, but they were out of stock. The need to replace the rear pads was pretty urgent – the squealing noise told me so – so I decided I couldn’t wait. I ordered the set of Brembos even though I’d read about the rusting. I quickly regretted the purchase, because the rust, which appeared almost immediately, is such an aesthetic minus.
If you put the Brembos on a car with steel wheels and hubcaps I guess you’d be fine – the rust wouldn’t be visible – but if you’ve got alloys that provide a lot of brake exposure, well, you probably ought to choose a different rotor unless your car’s appearance isn’t at all important to you.
At some point I’m going to take my rear wheels off and try painting the portion of the rotors that isn’t contacted by the brake pads. (The prepping process will obviously have to include removal of the copious rust.) How well this will turn out and how well the paint (probably flat black) will hold up, who knows?

If you're considering the Rotora OE rotors, then I would suggest you go buy the Centric rotors instead because 99.9% of Rotora's rotors are from Centric anyway. So why pay more for a rebadge and re-packaged rotor?
