roadside asst

15minutes ago, I just got out of class, i opened my trunk with the button on the remote, put my keys in my bag, and put my bag inside the trunk... and closed it.. and suddenly i just realized i hv done a stupid thing... I called my cousin to get the spare key at the house and told her to to an old remote trick over the phone. I has worked on toyota before, but too bad it didnt work on tsx.. Thank God I put the road asst phone no. on my cell. I called them.. the operator seems pretty nice and polite and she said they're gonna send someone which is closest to my area. I was wondering if they're gonna send an acura 'specialized locksmith' or just a random?? now i'm at my school com waiting for them to come..

Did they have to jig in a metal piece between the door frame and window?

I've waited about 20min and a guy from a random towing services came and unlocked or 'jig' the passenger door. He explained to me that he couldn't open it from the driver's side since there's some wirings. What he did was put some tools I've never seen, they were like surgical tools and there's one that small enough which actually can slip between the rubber on the edge of the door and pull the lock inside the door. Well after he opened it the alarm went off, that was actually the first time I've heard it after 2 years.
overall I'm pretty satisfied with the acura service eventhough i've no idea how they pick any 'qualified' locksmith like that, I was expecting to see a guy with a mdx came to me wearing wearing an acura technician suit.
btw i'd really like to have those tools...

no, it hasn't.

I didn't know people actually believe this. I had thought it was debunked enough in the past.
