Road noise??

I've had my 2006 TSX for about 9 months now...I love everything about the car, except the road noise when I'm on the highway.

Do other cars in the same class (audi a4, 3-series, G35, etc.) have this problem? It gets to be a pain when I have to crank my music when I'm driving above like 70...

oh, another thing I'm not crazy about is the turning radius. makes me feel like I forgot how to park...

Love to hear people's thoughts, thanks in advance

You're not the only one who thinks the road noise is excessive. Here are some already existing threads on the topic:

I found these by using the search feature and searching on thread titles with "road noise" in them.

road noise get new rubber and turning radius its a trade off you want double-wishbone suspension or piece of cr*p-Sh*t box with no handling? :p

If you ever swap out your wheels you know what I mean that suspension is awesome pure-sexxxx..

It's all relative. Compared to all the cars I've had in the past, this is the most quiet.

^^ Maybe on your new tires. My TSX is much noisier at freeway speed than my wife's 99Civic.

Not really. I just got these tires not too long ago, and even with the OEM tires, my TSX was more quiet than my past cars. They were Chryslers, maybe that's why, haha.

The road noise on my '07 is worse than my '05 TSX. I got an e-mail survey from Acura and this was my number one complaint. I will change the tires soon. The HFL is virtually useless at highway speeds. Many people have complained to me that that can't hear me on the speaker when I'm on the highway.

Yeah, I've found that trying to use voice commands while on the highway can be very frustrating. As a sidenote, my parents test drove several A4's a few months back and complained that they couldn't believe how noisy the engine was and how much it vibration you felt, even through the seats, at idle.
