RFB...totally worth it if you run UHP tires on your car. dynamic balance does not load your tire as if your car was sitting on the tires themselves.
RFB can also determine if there is excessive lateral forces that may potentially cause a pull while driving even if the alignment is set correctly. if these lateral forces are well outside of acceptable tolerances, then the tire is deemed bad and you will not be able to balance the tire. the lateral forces can also be taken into account and "balanced" with the other 3 wheels and tires and positioned accordingly at each corner to eliminate pulling due to lateral forces from the tire. google "hunter road force balance" and you will see what i mean.
my dealer charges $115 for RFB at all 4 corners (which is no different than mount and balance costs at other places ($20-30) per wheel. find a shop that has the hunter RFB machine more than likely they use the machine often. most dealers also have the machine.
i don't like paying twice for balancing my wheels and tires. i'm willing to pay a little extra to have it done correctly the first time and without the shop damaging my rims.

The dealer I use in pa uses the hunter road force machine. Whenever I had my tires rotated they balanced them. I think that help extend the life of my tires. The most I paid was $29.00 which was for rotating and balancing the 4 tires.

dont' expect to get that price when you get new tires installed. it just means they checked it. doesn't mean they actually had to work and add wts to your wheels. just sayin'. unless the car has some weird vibration or pulling not fixed by an alignment, there really isn't a need to balance the wheels and tires each time you rotate the tires.
