its 70% foward/adj. of the front seats (front side windows, windshield, and those triangle front windows by the mirrors on the old school cars etc.) unless you have a medical condition and a doctors note. rear can be 35%.

funny but true...they do really good tints, they've done like 4 of my friends and 2 of my cars. even if there is the slightest of a bubble they redo the whole tint for you.

Wrong, SUV's can only have the rears tinted (or factory privacy glass) because they don't have a trunk to conceal personal items.

Front window tint laws apply to them as well.
