Question on Injen Intake on 05

I searched everywhere online for Injen Intake online, but I've found many Injen Intake for 04 TSX but I couldn't find anything for 05. Will 04 injen CAI be compatible with 05 TSX???? If anybody has done this let me know how it turned out and if anybody knows where I can order Injen Intake for 05 TSX, let me know!

The 04 will work on the 05. There aren't many differences between the 2 years.

I've got an 05 with a mugen aero kit and injen cai (i can see the filter clearly through the grill) I've been in huge puddles up to the bumper and very heavy rain storms on the highway. I was worried at first, but you would have to try really really hard for hydro lock to happen, like drive into a lake or something...don't sweat it.

Anyone else find dirt in their intake? I did. Maybe it was my filter, but it seemed like it didn't filter well.

Make sure it's K&N and make sure it's cleaned often and oiled well.

I live in Orange County and when it rains here, it FLOODS. SoCal roads were never designed for rain. When I had an AEM intake on my Integra, the bypass valve saved my engine at least twice during bad rains.

Although it's still low risk, I would suggest using the short ram feature of the Injen during rainy months. Just my

If you say the Injen can be changed to short ram, then it must be in two pieces connected by some sort of rubber piece. To conver, you just remove the second pipe and attach the filter directly to the first pipe.

Short ram intake is shorter and CAI stands for cold air intake which is longer and is supposed to suck up colder air. You tend to lose low end with a CAI, but gain more in top end and vise versa with the short ram.
