I have never cared for pinstriping while my wife likes it (Uh-oh!). Today we saw a CGP TSX in a parking lot and, lo and behold, it had thin, silver pinstriping, the length of the car, about 2" under the beltline. I must admit, it looked pretty nice.
Have any of you had pinstriping applied to your car? If so, what color TSX and what color pinstriping?

nope, but my black integra gsr came with a painted on purple pin stripe OUCH!

 

It's like an 80's thing, right?

 

Pinstriping should be saved for custom vehicles. I think most "factory" pinstriping is just silly.

I think this combo is nice, pinstripe and all.

If I find a good color for our car I'd pay for a hand laid real painted pin stripe.

I had painted on pinstripes on my 99 Prelude, including some wiggly stripe designs on the back end of the car. It must have taken the 'artist' hours to put it on. Fortunately, I had the dealer 'erase' them before I took delivery. I can't believe the dealer thought it would help sales by having pinstripes painted on their cars as a dealer installed special.
