Need Help removing DVD bracket...

Need Help removing DVD bracket...

Im trying to put my subs in and i need to take off the bracket that holds the dvd player/nav to the top of the trunk. I dont know how to take off the interior piece to get to the bolts on the top. anyone know how???

HELP!

are u sure u have to take out the whole interior piece to take it out. mine looks like its held on with 4 bolts and all they can all be removed from the inside...

im pretty sure the bolts are welded to the bracket... ill check again tomorrow, but thats what i saw last night. it was getting dark so ill check again

oh btw, half of those DIY's for the audio/interior shit are dead links.

BUMP anyone know how? just need to take the felt dash or whatever that sits around the rear 6x9s out or just fold it up so i can get to the bolts!

ooh boy ok since i did a navi swap its easy

pop the felt up.. you dont have to remove the side pillars.. at first u'll think ur breaking it but i've pulled mine up a few times.. then once you've got the felt up.

there should be like 4 i believe 10mm bolts. just loosen those.. then you can slide the whole bracket forward sliding the unit off.... hmm im about to have to do this in a few mins so i can test my navi unit in my friends tsx to cross reference my wiring... =/
