Navigation Commands

Hey - Does anyone have that list of voice commands they posted online? The threat that had that link doesnt work anymore, and yes I have the manual and wanted to see an actual list someone made because Ive heard theres some other commands the book doesnt list and i wanted a quick reference for when im driving. (that should repel all the responses I get that have NOTHING to do with the original question)

A guy on the old forum (prman) had a list on the old forum, but his link doesn't work anymore. The link was http://www.reidpix.com/tsxnav/navidoc.asp

Sorry I couldn't be more of a help. I may try to compile something myself in a few weeks. I just got my TSX saturday and I am still learning the navi system.

BTW does anybody know if the GPS system sets the time automaticly as well as the zone??? The owners' manual says it does and the navi manual says it only sets the zone. My hand held unit sets the time.

Here's a navigation easter egg I found. If you say "Start driver's door rattle" the door rattles incesantly, at least in my car. Others have said similar commands will work for the sunroof, dashboard, speakers, etc . . . .

ok degenerate, i know the list is in my navi. People have balls even giving me responses like that when half the people on this board ask questions like, where do i hang the gas cap, or how do i open the trunk without the key.... Come on give me a damn break. People ask stupid questions at least this one is worth answering. If you know how to read, youd notice that i asked for the commands so i can refer to them instead of using the screen. Fool...

you are such.... a degenerate. If you didnt have the perception of a 5 year old, maybe youd think of printing them up and keeping them in the car. WOAH! what a concept huh?

When I took delivery of my car, they said if you cross a time zone boundary it will automatically adjust the clock. Likewise, on April 4th, it will automatically adjust itself for Daylight Savings Time. If you live in an area that is full of rebels and doesn't observe Daylight Savings Time (Indiana or Arizona for example) you can manually set it back to standard time on option screen 4 or tell it not to adjust for daylight savings time and avoid the problem.

That what the Navigation manual says as well. What confused me was that the Owners manual suggests that the time is kept acurate by the GPS.

When I disconected my battery (amp install), and then reconnected it the clock took a couple of sec to come back on but the time was accurate. That lead me to believe that it adjusts it self.

BTW, It will adjust it self for daylight savings. At least it did in the fall.

Sorry, I think most people just memorized the commands they use. I personally have never written them down.

i wish the TSX navi had a sense of humor or has a sensor to detect who is in the car like the Knight rider car did, like when you start the car, it should ask u "how was your day, a good or crappy one"? or when ur on a date w/ a girl the navi says "gosh man, she likes you, you should make the move and score"!

yeah im pretty sure most navi systems automatically adjust the clock. my other car does it automatically and its not even as integrated with the cars functions as the acura ones. has anyone else noticed in the navi book, that it says in one of the intros "drivers window down", but its not really a command? Am i missing something?
