Same here. I would have had them buy the car or replace it with a new TSX. After all the things they fixed, damaged and refixed there is no telling what was put back properly or broken but unseen. On top of that add the mysterious miles put on the car and all the crap he had to take, there would be no way I would take back that car.

man im in on this to!.. i just got done reading everything.. i cant imagine how you are so calm.. if i were you id even be cursing here! keep us in on the updates! i think you should be able to get some $$ in your pockets.. for all the work u had to do w/ setting up appts. n other misc. things

san-ant, props for staying so calm and level through what has now become an ORDEAL, but it might be time you went FU*KING crazy on them! did you ever contact a lawyer? what's the latest with red mccomb? have you drafted the latest letter? you've been inconvinienced, lied to, disrespected, violated, etc. and need to be compensated for such actions. good luck with your pending actions and keep us posted. also, anyone up for some sort of petition ...
