Metal Trim in Parchment

Now I know Acura made it so that Parchment fans would get their wood and ebony their aluminum. But getting PWP meant having to sacrifice for Parchment. The car will be mine fairly soon now and I am hoping to save up enough money buy the time it is to give it my own personal final touches. Things I am thinking about are Alpine-S 6x9's and 6's (rear and front, respectively). The Remote Starter has already been taken care of (that is VERY useful in the cold winters of Chicago and my family has had it on our cars for the past 12 years now).

I also am looking into getting the aluminum trim. I KNOW, I know, people may disagree with me, but if it looks good/ is available on Infiniti's and BMW's, then why can I not do it. SO, I looked into it, searching the site. I found out the center piece is actually part of the head unit, which is 900 USD. So when thinking of what I can do, I figured maybe I can invest the 400 USD into the metal trim extension package. Again, it looks pretty good on Infiniti's and BMW's, and even the TL and new RL have a mix of metal and wood. Does anyone have an opinion on this? Any feedback is great. Pics of course are always welcome. Thank you in advanced.

I'm sure you can buy the trim extension for less than list price if you negotiate. Albeit you could save 30%.

really? even without purchasing the car? I'm sorry if I didn't make it clear, but I have had the car for almost a year now. But if I could it'd be great. Thanks.

p.s. the more I think of it our sound system sounds great stock. Just read what A-TL has to say .

It needs high-end bass and low end treble, but by no means does it suck for a stock system. The only stock sound systems i like are the TL's and Lexus Mark Levinsons.

I was surfing through ebay and ran across this auction for a TSX trim kit. The pictures show a wood trim against a black interior, but it gives you an idea of what mixing the trims may look like..

I looked at different website for dash kits on tsx, I thought that the White pearl TSX with Parchment with carbon fiber kits, it might be looking nicer!! What do you guy think of my offering on dash kits? Check it out on website: http://www.rsportscars.com/foto/10/tsxaspec_inter.jpg
I will try to find if they have dash kit to cover the factory wood kit.
