The miles are low and w/navi. Still a touch high.

There's little chance of you getting it for $25K - even with cash/no trade-in/finance. I doubt the dealer has $2K excess across it.
That said, by all means, drive a hard bargain and get it for the best price you can.
You should call a few other dealers and see what they have, and see what their best prices are - that will be a general indication of how much you can expect to see come off with haggling hard.
At least this way, if the one above doesn't work out, you've always got one or two fallbacks, if they're still around.

i'm not sure that always makes sense. if he plans on keeping this for more than 2-3 years, this is a good deal, because the depreciation hit is already gone. 9,000 miles is nothing.

i'd say if you're buying this as a 5 yr + car, it's a decent deal, but not great. if you're buying it for short term, spend the extra and get the new car.

I think that price is high, that's only $1050 less than I paid for a brand new 06 w/ navi early in the 06 MY. Depreciation should get you $2-3k off that price by now, not 1.

Well the price is not high if you go by www.kbb.com. The TSX just doesn't lose a lot of value through retail sales. If you were buying from a private party then I'd say get a better price.

But with that said I think you could get a brand new 2007 for around $28000 plus TTL is you email a few dealers in your area.

I think its a little high. There was 2 left over 06's at my dealerships about 3 weeks ago that were going for $26,100 OTD that had 30 miles on them with navi! I got my left over 06 non navi for $24,890 OTD just over a month ago!

EDIT: I would have them shave off about $1000-$1500 and that might be a little better! Any accesories though?

I think it also depends on where the car is being purchased from. East/West coast, you will have a larger selection and you can negotiate more $$ off or upgrades (warranty, A-spec kit, etc..). In a smaller market like New Mexico, the in town Acura dealer can almost name their price because most folks are not going to travel 4 to 8 hours to El Paso/Phoenix/Colo Spring/Denver for a used car.

I would try of at least $800 off the list price along with a rear spoiler and/or extended warranty and/or metal trim kit and/or a-spec suspension…etc. I had the dealership pay the labor cost to putting on my a-spec kit, spoiler, metal trim kit, door edge guard, moon roof visor and cargo net at time of purchase and it save me $$ and it is all covered by the 4 year Acura warranty because they put it on. I only wish I included the a-spec suspension in my negotiations.

I would be willing to pay $26,000 for a used 06 TSX if it includes the a-spec set-up (with spoiler) minus the rims.

Brand new non-Navi 2007 models are going for less than that locally. You should be able to negotiate that down a bit. Even a brand new one with navi would be obtainable in some markets for only $1500 or so more than that.
