Anyone know if there is a white light for the door?? The one that lights up when door opens...I want that to be white.

full LED kits can be purchased on Ebay...isn't it nearly white stock anyway?

 

no...it's a nasty regular yellow/orange/i don't know color bulb! haha

I have the blue LED's in my doors and they last............. I'm sure you can get white as well. Got mine off of Ebay.....

 

yes they fade out (if i remember correctly) and i have the blue ones from techtoys as well and they are still working well for me they have a few colors to choose from

 

go to tec-toyz.com for your LED's. I bought a set of blue LED's for my TSX's interior and used the 4 bulb white LED's for my licensse plate...although I had one license plate LED burn out on me about 2 months later, but Brian from tec-toys sent me a new one free of charge.

 

what is the part number that are just for the interior door lights?? i want to just order white ones for those but don't know which ones are for the doors...thanks!

 

T10 wedge bulbs. They are the same as the ones in your parking lights. The boot light and rear license plate lights are T10 as well. Only the map lights and passenger compartment lights are Festoon 31mm.

If you want to change your boot and license plate lights to white, use a white filtered bulb and not an LED. The LED does not throw enough light sideways.
