This is probably a stretch, but there have been so many solutions posted here, I figured I would throw this out. Is there a way to have an integrated bluetooth connection for a cell phone so the incoming sound goes through the stereo and the car's built-in mic can be used (as comes with the NAVI)? I don't care if the phone info shows on any other screen in the car like the true integrated product coming on the 2006 version.

Thanks. It seems though that you cannot use the TSX's built-in microphone. Is that true? I assume you can use the existing car speakers.

 

Yes, you'll have to put a microphone in. But other than that, it would work with the car speakers. The parrot also has a LCD display so you know who's calling. You can also look up numbers in the phone book I think.

 

I guess that may be ok. I was hoping that in a perhaps simpler, similar way you connect to a bluetooth headset, you could just connect to the TSX using both the existing speakers and microphone perhaps by plugging in some sort of bluetooth adapter into the stereo. I didn't want to get into having another display or additional microphone if I don't need to.
