Today started out good, with me waking up after seeing Incubus last night at the Garden and waking up hangover-free. Decided to go to my old job to see some friends that still work there so the day was going well. When i get there i park right where I always did in the staff lot. Everyone came over staring at the TSX (as most people do) even this one guy that i had beef with..... so i went and walked around and caught up with the old friends and when i go to leave i start heading towards the car. Low and behold what do i see, some asshole decided to beat in my driver saide fender and scratch the shit out of it. I cannot tell you the limits of my anger and i ran up to that guy and jacked him up against the wall. Of course he didnt admit to it, but no one else there would ever do some shit like that. SOOOOOOO now i am gonna have to get a new fender and have that shit pained. I am still spinning i am so mad, of course i went right to work and dusted the fender for any kind of fingerprints and I got one. unfortunately it was mine. This sucks i am so mad i think my head is gonna explode

Like the used some instrument to physically and maliciously damage my car. I thought the staff lot would be the safest place for it, damn i was wrong. I really dont know whats wrong with people. This just really sucks. I know its hard to explain but when i get home from work i am gonna try and find my digicam and take a photo to show you what i mean. What really sucks is that the dents are right along the creases of the fender which will make it easier to get a new fender rather then hammer out the dents, i still cant get my mind around this, i am gonna go for a walk or something, I'll be back

 

that sucks, especially someone did it intentionally. Did you beat the shit out of that dude? If I were you, I would throw him off the bridge a few times to call it even.

I got my TSX from Manhattan Acura --- tell ya the truth, I've always consider myself a NYorker ---
but it'll be some kind of emergency or "impotant" event for me to take my TSX into NYC border....
the potholes...the stop-n-go traffic.....

 

I would go and do the same thing to his car a few weeks later when he doesn't expect it.

 

did you arrest him? i mean, he did damage the car. what would you call that. intent to damage property?

Cant really.. he doesnt have any solid proof.. Unfortunatly and fortunatly the legal system doesnt work on somebody 'just knowing' somebody did something. If hes %110 sure that this jackass did it, he deserves to be shot.

 

Even if it's a POS, it'll still piss him off. I'd probably slash his tireS as well to make him happy.

 

GFX is right, since i didnt witness it, there is nothing i can do about it. I am not gonna risk losing my job over this piece of shit. Its all reported and one of my buddies is heading up the investigation. He is gonna put some pressure on him, see if he rolls, but i doubt it. Trust me I jacked the kid up at the time and he still didnt roll, so i dont think that he is going to. Right now I am just gonna hold my tongue and let the investigation run its course. Whatever happens to this individual in a few months is out of my control though . We'll just say its definately not over!!!

It is very likely that the guy you mentioned in the 1st post is responsible for the damage. If someone jacked me up against a wall and if I didn't do anything wrong, I would either call the cops and press charges or break his fuck'n neck. Fuckers like that should be put to death.

TSX CSI maybe you should think about getting one of those two away alarms, so when the car alarm goes off so does your remote. And then you can catch the piece of sh#t!
