I paid $43.25 for fill up yesterday on 15.65 gallons of premium.

That's the first time I have gone over 40 bucks in a fill up at a gas station.

 

Only $43? That must mean you gas up way too soon

 

Not everyone tops off to the edge of the tank every time to get into the 500 mile club

that's pretty cheap....in NYC we're up to $2.99/gallon for Premium

 

$43 already happened to me last week. I really feel fortunate that i drive a car that avg 30mpg. I am also lucky i sold my 4runner right before the skyrocketing of prices and i actually got full kbb PP value for it as well.

 

15.65 gallon fill up? damn. the highest I ever got was 14 gallon. You really must like running on empty eh?

 

:Agree: The highest I go is around 14.3. Seems like you're running on fumes with 15+ gallons.

$40 US ain't that much..... i fill up way more @ canada too.....even when the gas is considered cheap here!

 

Here in Los Angeles 91 octane gas is around 2.97 - 3.09$/g.

 

Highest I have ever gone (mileage and gallon wise) is roughly 414 miles which made about 16.04 gallons..

Brother did 435 miles and did a scant 15.8 gallons (avged 27 mpg that time..)
