I estimate '06 net at 212HP (pre 8/04 net)

As posted here, dyno data shows 165 wheel HP for 04/05. '06 indicates 175 wheel HP. After backing the numbers out this is what I camr up with.

Year 04/05= 165 + 21.25% = 200HP @ Flywheel
Year 06 = 175 +21.25% = 212HP @ Flywheel

I posted a mathematical calc getting to 212 or 213 Flyweel HP about a month ago. Glad to see I wasn't far off (although we're both still "guessing" in a way).

Was this comparing 04/05 AT to 06 AT? Because if the 04/05 was with a MT and the 06 was the AT run from vtec.net, then the difference is probably even greater than that.

I assume the 04/05 was tested with the 06 side by side? Although interesting to compare, unless the two cars were tested at the same shop, on the same roller, on the same day, with the same tech, the comparison is not really valid.

I'm not sure how much differences will "12HP" make in the TSX, I guess the torque is more important?
Before I got the 05 TSX I'm quite into the G35 Sedan. I was in their forum all the time and there's a huge section on 03 G35 compare to the 05 G35 in performance wise. The 2003 model is rated @ 260HP for both AT and MT; while the 2005 model rated @ 280HP for AT and 298HP for MT. However, the 0-60 for the 2005 model, both AT and MT are almost identically the same. Even when compare w/ the 2003 model, which is almost 20/38HP differences, but both 0-60 and 1/4 are the pretty much the same as well. So maybe we might feel the TSX is pulling a little harder than 2004/05 but not by much. We still need Hondata and RT cat goodies~!!
