Long story short had to remove steering column to get dash out, afterwards key would get stuck in position 1. Disconnected battery and key released.
Figured out it was this part causing it to stay in ignition.just unplugging it everything seems to function normally...although I can. Is start car in any gear.
Can anyone help me identify the part. Possible part number. Is it needed?
I currently have it removed.
