The '05 Caravan is out in the US, I'm not sure about Canada. I really doubt that they will care, but it's worth trying.

the year doesnt refer to the year of your car but your renewal sticker...so i take it your plates are renewed til 05? even if its not... the ticket will still stand FOR SURE

The year won't do it, even Driver's Name won't do it. i personally witness it once in courtroom where a ticket mis-spell the driver's name but the Judge still upheld the ticket. i think it all depend on the Judge, most Judge will trust the information provided by police; good luck. hope your Police did not attend. if you do trial in GTA, check if police is there or not, then you may nego with cours to settle lower fee and point there.
go to see a lawyer now.. see that they can do for me.. since first time get a ticket, don;t know what to do..

I got a ticket a long time ago and the police wrote down the wrong street name where he stopped me. I went to court with copies of a street map to share with the judge and the police. I asked the police to point out on the map where he stopped me. I then asked if he can clarify the info written on the ticket. At that point, the police knew he doesn't have a case and the judge threw out the ticket on technicality.
