Is this a good price for a TSX?

I bought my tsx at sticker over 13 months ago. But my uncle is now shopping for a TSX w/ NAVI and was offered $27600 plus tax. Is that a good price?

I've got a couple questions on these numbers:

Do they include a destination charge?

Do they include a dealer fee?

I paid $27,500 with the destination charge, but before the dealer fee (I couldn't find a FL dealer that doesn't charge it). I found one deal that was $300 better on my trade, but they didn't have the car on their lot (couple weeks out).

My 26,500 included destination, but admittedly, as I've said in other posts, they lowballed my trade $500 and refused to take my ELoan financing. That made me finance through them of course, for 4.5% over 48 mos rather than 3.65% over 36 mos. The price in the car made up for both of those though. Before I went in I was willing to give them 27,200 including destination, that's 5% over their cost and the most anybody should ever consider paying. I didn't have any dealer fees besides tax, title, registration.

As long as you get 1k off the MSRP, it's a reasonable/considerate deal.

The amount npence paid was superb (26.5k for Navi), but it'll be hard getting 2k off the MSRP, so don't set the bench mark at 26.5.
