Is this a good Deal?

Hi everyone. This is my first post even though I've been visiting this site for over a year. I have finally decided to go ahead and buy. I have been playing the field with two local dealers, and so far, things have been playing into my hands as they look to "beat the other dealer out". Here is the breakout for my latest offer. Wanted to see what you guys think. I am looking to getting an 05/SSM/Navi/ 6spd with spoiler, splash guards, wheel locks, all season floor mats, and trunk tray. The other dealer I am working with says they can beat this so of course I will try.

Car: $27945.64
Destination Charge: $570.00
Spoiler (including Install) : $599.00
Floor Mats: $118.00
Wheel Locks: $0
Splash Guards: $0
Trunk Tray: $0

Processing Fee: $245
Tax: $893.16
Title/Tags (2 years): $77
Gross Receipt Tax (Fairfax, VA bullcrap): $50.20
License Fee: $2.00

Total Out the door cost: $30,500 (also, includes free oil changes for life of car).

I am pretty positive I can get the other dealer to around $30,200 with all the above included. What do you guys think? By the way, the car will be ready for delivery this weekend! Woo-hoo!

Not too bad considering if there are none available unless you preordered. Mine comes in next week and after pitting 3 dealers against each other the best I could do was 29000 for PWP/auto/nav with dest and a spoiler. I have been waiting for an 05 since August. I am stoked

Yo, are those the premium floormats? In any case, $118 for floormats sounds like a lot.
