After two months of waiting and all northern California dealers telling me that they didn't have the car I wanted in stock, my dealer just called to let me know that my car came in last night. I pick it up later this evening.

Question for all: Did you receive your car's window sticker(price information) when you purchased your car?

I GOT THE CAR!!! That's the great news. It's a Pearl White 5AT with navi. Bought it from Acura of Concord. It arrived just this morning, I took delivery a few hours ago. They had some delays and I had to wait a couple of hours for them to prep the car.

Now to the traumatizing part! I was out getting some food and someone just HIT ME!

We were stopped at a light and he started to roll backwards. I thought it was me and maybe I wasn't on my brakes, but then I noticed the huge gap in front of him. It happened so fast, I didn't have time to honk and he 'bumped" into me. I followed him into the parking lot to inspect the damage. He was some young kid in a red civic hatchback. There was some dirt? marks on my front bumper and that was it. I stopped by a buddies house and we checked it under good light. NO DAMAGE!!!!!!
I just got home, checked it again, again, and AGAIN.......NO DAMAGE!!!!!

But I'm still traumatized!

 

 

Ouch! That sucks about the "accident" but luckily nothing was damaged...that would have sucked hard after just getting your ride tonight.

BTW, I got my window sticker when I picked up my ride...why? Didn't you? How much did you pay?

 

Dang, that was a close call. Red usually > PWP. You get lipstick marks after such an encounter..
