Frozen windows

Anyone else have problems opening thier windows this winter?? As soon as its -15 ish not one of my windows will open. Ive tried drying and rolling them up&down as they dry but no matter what I do, I have to open my door to talk to anyone outside my car. Is it just me or does anyone have any ideas?? My Jetta never froze last year once.

This happened in my mothers Freelander. after a few minutes with the heat on they thawed and opened. Never in the TSX though.
