Question fog light replacement help

Hi,
I have 2006 TSX. The driver side fog light is broken by flying rock.
Is anyone know how to replace fog light? Any link to DIY or books?
Someone told me I might need remove bump, is any easy way?

Thanks in advance.

Hey man,

Replacing the foglights on a TSX isn't that demanding of a task. There are 3 clips and 2 bolts have to come off the bottom. Slide your hand in between the panels, undo the harness (this is the tricky part), rotate the bulb out (keep twisting and it will eventually budge), then repeat in reverse order with new lights. Good luck on your fix buddy

Don't do it...

Search on fog light lens replacement first...the light will get broken if you go stock, I promise. I've got 2 cracked lens, but I barely use them, so I don't worry.

After the foglights were replaced by the dealer (free as a one-time goodwill) I put rockblocker on them. No problems (knock-on-wood) after 4+years.

I had to replace one of mine after the lens shattered. It wasn't that tough. You do have to remove the front bumper cover. Do a search on the site, there's a pretty comprehensive step by step with pics. Only need a few hand tools and an old sheet or lots of towels to keep from scratching it. I bought an after market replacement on fleabay for $80. It looks absolutely identical to the factory light. I also put rockblocker on them and haven't had any trouble since. And, while I had the bumper cover off, I put in a plug and play HID fog light kit. I ordered a 4200k kit, but I swear they shipped me a 6000k kit. Got that off fleabay too though. It plugged right into the existing harness and required no rewiring whatsoever. The whole project took right around an hour.
