Thanks guys. yea i left the lip kit on for the trade in.
I actually dont plan on modding it at all, just tints. Cant really afford to, with the increase in insurance.
Ya i lost about 5k in 2 years, and the general rule of thumb is 20 percent a year, so it def. held its value.
So far the car is a blast.

I guess it goes with the flip of the coin.
My salesman asked me what i wanted for the car.
I told him that i was selling it in the paper for 22k, and had potential buyers , however would rather do a trade in because it is easier.
He showed us the dealer sale prices of the 04 non navi TSX, it was going for 19.5k. To make things fair he offered us 20.5 k ,we said no.
His manager came over, made us the offer if we put a downpayment that day, and we did.
Took 2 weeks to take livery, and i didnt get 1st choice of color (black), but im happy none the less.

Well STL, i still am 20, and i do think it was in my best interest to bring my father along with me on account that he just bought a maxima, and owned 2 car lots of his own and sold cars for twenty years.
Perhaps why i got such a great deal.
Anyways, thanks guys, i took some pics. Will post soon.
When im a bit older, and perhaps not such a heavy foot, i will surely go back with the TSX, it was a great car.

Thanks alot guys. Im enrolled @ my350z.com, but dont post. Im staying here.
- I got the Touring package. The Bose is a good upgrade.
- No speeding yet CG, cant take it past 4rpm. Ive avoided a speeding ticket since i got my liscense, but that just means im closer to getting my 1st.

Sad to see the TSX go, but definitely a great upgrade
My friend has a white 350z, and it's an absolute beaut. Whenever I'm hangin with him, I always ask him if I could drive, even if it's like a 3 hour drive. I love the noise the car makes, even from stock
I wish I had one myself, but I guess I just can't afford the insurance rates haha, (not that I could afford mine for the TSX right now as well) 
Anyway, have fun with the new car man! Don't worry, hopefully we can both be ticket free!

Got my second taste of jealous people tonight. Went outside to take the GF home around 1,and there was ketchup all over the car
a few weeks ago with the tSX, someone threw taco bell on my car.
So i guess someone dislikes me enough to condiment my cars, but not enough to key them?
It couldnt have been there more than 1-2 hours, i hosed it off right away, any thing to worry about?

congrats on your new car. And it sucks that some people were giving you shit both on the boards and in real life.
If people hate on your good fortune, its just simple jealousy/envy.. Ill be the first to admit I am envious of younger kids when I see them rolling around in M3's but at the same time Im not hating on them because they were able to get one and i wasnt thats just life.
but yea, nice car good luck with it.

s out there. Be careful if you find mayo on it. It may not be mayo but left by someone who really really likes your car.
