And I totally agree with that -- but when you start factoring other things (like his $700 Ralph Lauren sweaters, $400 Gucci belts, $1000 Burberry trenchcoats, and $500 Gucci blue jeans ) you start getting the real picture.

Damn...another beemer converter.. Just like PIJR808TSX.. dude bounced from a 04 TSX to a 05 TL.. then a 05 TSX and now.. he drives a 330i...( all under 2yrs ) . ...Im thinking about getting a beemer also in the next couple years..( that will end up being my daily driven rather than driving my TSX)..But this 04 TSX owner is still here to stay. I don't think I can let go of her.. thats my baby!

Good luck with the future purchase.. and if you can.. DINAN that 3series!

I got my TSX when I was 19. I worked for nearly 8-9 months to get it though. Like someone said, if he has a good paying job, he can easily afford it. Hell my job paid me $9.75/hr and I found the money to get it.

Like I said, I totally believe that. What I want to know is when you were 19 and paying for that new TSX were you also dropping $2,600+ on just four peices of clothing? If people don't understand where I'm getting this checkout the link that dom posted earlier in this thread (or just click here ).

You know nothing of the contents of that clothing. Its sad that you are able to make such assumptions over the internet. What if i were to tell you none of the money was even going to me? Or i was doing a friend a favor? Buyers might think its strange if i say im selling my friends clothing, or this and that...

You know nothing you tool, just becuase my father MAY have earned me a profitable position, what makes you think i dont earn my money working it?

I feel bad for you , you ignorant tool.

might as well tell you what you want to hear...

daddy and mommy give me everything i want, i have everything ive ever wanted, im rich, im spoiled, and i fuck alot.

Let it sink it, cuase for some reason, it really bothers you.

Wow! I just read this thread and can feel the heat. STL has a point, it's one I've noticed over the years as well. Younger folks who buy new cars with their own money or M+D's money often forget which side of their bread is buttered. Even if you have the cash from working hard to buy the car, who is putting a roof over your head, filling your belly, providing health insurance, putting clothes on your back, paying the cable and cell phone bills, buying your ipod. Add it up folks, anyone working can buy a TSX if someone else is paying all the other bills. That's the simple truth. If you are fortunate enough to be given all of these "luxuries" and ,yes, to most people in the world they are luxuries, thank your folks for their love and support. It's the least you can do.

That being said, I'm sure there are some 18-20 year olds who have been given very little and everything they have is from their own hard work. If that's you, congratulations, you are harder working than most of us.

Ok, enough ranting, this 40 yr old dad is getting back to work. Flame away.

BBBuzzy you make a valid point, and my parents do pay for my utilities, and DID pay for my TSX.

However, i dont understand why every (or many ) old farts feel the need to incorporate age into their posts when they are reading about a younger teenager claiming to purchase something that is expensive.

Plain and simple get over it (not you, just saying), clearly some people have nothing to say, and feel the need to be negative, and the only way they can do that is by attacking the persons age.

Very mature.

Life isn't fair. Some of us have to work hard, some don't. Some of us get paid less for doing more, some more for doing less. I've let those perceived inequities go a long time ago. I don't begrudge anyone what they have, I just hope they appreciate it (and it seems RMATIC09 does).

Damn! Another person thinks I'm an old fart. Only 40 here! Just had my first kid, but still feel young at heart. Still listen to loud music, drink beer, and have a good ole time. I just have to take life a little more seriously than I ever did before. It seems as if the posters are meeting in the middle and getting a better understanding of where the other side is coming from. I'd be willing to bet we're all very fortunate by most standards. Check out the photo essay "Material World" for better perspective on the have and have-nots. Enjoy your Vtec!

you got a great deal on the 350z and the trade in. i assumed you bought the car new for around 27k out hte door? losing around 5k in 2 yrs is not shabby at all.

now to work on the 350z...start with jim wolf popcharger, headers, and true dual exhaust! best of luck to you, man.
