I use the key to unlock the drivers door and turn the car to pos. II and i hold down the i button and i get DRIVER UNKNOWN CUSTOMIZE IMPOSSIBLE, i have tried everything i cant get it to work. Can someone help me out please.

 

Could i ask how old you are? because everytime you posted something there's always something wrong with your car?

Did u link the remote?

 

i thought it comes already linked? cuz it shows you how to unlink it

 

Read the back of your remote....u will get it

 

Look on the back of your remotes. They should say "Driver 1" and "Driver 2". If they dont, you dont have the right remotes. This happened to me, the dealer gave me older remotes that are incapable of being linked. If this is your case just go back to the dealer and explain, they should give you the correct ones. If its something else, go back to the dealer and have them show you how to do it. They should not give you a problem.
