Did I get ripped off?

I got all new aftermarket brakes + full brake flush installed at the dealership today for 305 + tax. I also had them get the check engine light code, and change the oil, total came out to be 425 including tax. Check engine light came on because the fuel line was being pinched do it wasnt full getting fuel.

They didnt charge me to for the check engine light code.

There seems to be some missing info on what aftermarket brakes he's referring to. Complete big brake kit with calipers and rotors, or just a simple brake pad replacement? If so, did they also resurface or replace the rotors?

Btw, how did the fuel line get pinched?

Brembo rotors, pads (EBC green stuff), and brake flush.

I miss understood the SA, the oil cap was put on wrong, it caused the check engine light. I think my sibling did it when they put petrol in.

I have another issue though. My RPM's are dropping from 1K to 500 RPM, then go back up to 1K, does it a couple times during idle. I never had this issue before. I think there is low oil in the car, but I put in another half quart, but it still happens. What could be the issue?

60 each for the front, 50 for the rear. Tirerack has them for a little more. Total was around 340 without shipping, this is with pads too.

I am more worried about the RPM issue. What could it be?

Does it go away if you press the gas a bit? How many miles does you car have? In older Honda's you need to replace the idle control valve / check for hose leaks but it doesn't seem that you are that technical so I would just recommend you take it to your dealer.
