Comptech vs Eibach Pro Kit

Just trying to decide between the two. I'd really like to keep the quality of the way the TSX rides as close to stock feeling as possible. Which one works best with the stock shocks? Comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

i'd say the comptech would work best with stock. for the simple reason that they drop the car the least.

hm. the comptech's dont drop your car that low. neither do the pro kit, but IMO, my tsx looked good when i was lowered on stockers. either way, it'll look better. and either way, the ride isn't going to be as smooth as stock. especially when your shocks die.

everyone has a different opinion on it, i've been driving lowered cars for over five years, and i noticed that the tsx rides a lot harsher with the eobach pro kit. but with time, i got used to it, and now it's fine. it's more noticable from the driver seat. i let me friend drive me car, and i couldn't feel a thing from the passenger seat.

and even he noted that you could feel the suspension more in the driver seat. so, just my two cents.

a side by side of a comptech v. non lowered would be good to see how much the drop actually is. cause i cant really range it between the stock and eibach look...

It seems like the comptech will need camber kit, so how about the Eibach? I just want to reduce the wheel gap and still keep the stock feeling. I used to have a 93 MX-6 thqat lowered by h&r and it sucks(it make me feel sick and even want to vomit :shit: ) and the shocks gone pretty fast and then my 99 lude also lowered by h&r and it never have a problem with the ride & the live of the shocks. So can't decide which to get!

You will need camber kit regardless which brand of lowering springs you go with.

You definitely want a camber kit even if it's just to be on the safe side. A couple of hundred bucks is good peace of mind in keeping your tires from wearing out like mad.
