Compass function in Rear view mirror?

Hey guys,,,
I'm planning to buy '06 TSX soon.
I"m just wondering whether TSX's rear view mirror has compass function or not.
I'm very happy already being owning the TSX.
Thanks.

Is there an aftermarket rear view mirror with a compass that you could just swap out?

The USDM Accord has this as an option that you could look into. I'm not sure if the plug is the same or not, but that would be your best bet.

When I look at the picture of this H & A mirror, it looks like you will loose the home-link and auto-dim options that come with the TSX manufacturer's mirror. Perhaps I'm wrong.

Cannot edit my own post, so I'm posting a new one

I just looked at the installation instructions and that stuff isn't eliminated on the Accord with this installation, so I don't see it being lost on ours either. What does look to be a PITA, is the fact you have to run some wires down to the cabin fuse box. The other wire just runs to the passenger mirror power source.

I remember a couple years ago some owners on the MDX forums were adapting the GM mirrors and using them. I didn't pay any attention how they were doing it.

So am I right in thinking I'm buying a car that will adjust the seats when I unlock the doors, can receive phone calls, will tell me when to get maintenance, my MPG, and even say welcome when I get in the car.....but if I don't have navi it won't tell me NESW? Foreal Foreal?
