Question Changing Bulbs on 04' TSX...

I'm a newbie, and i have an 04' TSX 6mt navi.
I was wondering if I can change out my 4300k bulbs for 8000k bulbs???
I was not sure if it would hurt my lights, or if they would work with the factory ballast.

Thanks

it shouldn't hurt your lights and will work with your factory ballast as long as you buy the same sized bulbs. although 8000k sounds very high and just note that 4300k is the best view from the bulbs.

3000K = Yellow
4300K = Stock
6000K = White (slight blue)
8000K = Deep blue
10000K = Violet purple

higher kelvins = lower lumens
lumens = usuable light or visible light (visibility)
kelvins = measure of temperature and the color of given light

Laymans terms: higher kelvin ratings mean less visibility especially at night and on wet pavement

Go 5000K if you can find them.
