cargo net
I forgot to ask the dealer to throw in the cargo net. If anybody out there doesn't have the cargo net either, does the car come with the right hooks already in place? In other words, can I just order the $25 cargo net from hondacuraworld.com and hook it on?
Thanks.
Thanks.

There are something like 5 pages of instructions to install the cargo net. Unfortunately it doesn't just "hook on". The insides of the trunk have to be taken out, I think a few holes need to be drilled etc... Not difficult, but time consuming. My dealer just put mine in the bad and put it in my trunk. After I found out what a pain in the ass it was to install I made them do it.

sheik28,
The silver hook things look to be tie-down points, that's how I'm using them.
Hope this helps

BTW, I picked up a Case Logic 'folding cargo bag' from Target for $20. the velcro on the bottom keeps it in place, and it provides a good way to keep stuff in your trunk without it rolling around. It's a cheap/easy alternative to installing a cargo net, and works better for me.

The velcro on the cargo bag won't stick to the trunk tray, no. I was considering putting down a strip or two of velcro down on the trunk tray if I get it. The "hook" side is what's on the bottom of the bag, so the softer "loop" side is all you'd need to put on the tray.

I got the cargo net for mine. Put it in myself. Not really a big deal to put in. Just took some time - maybe an hour or two. Just follow the instructions and take your time. It's really not that hard. Remove the liner in the trunk, drill a few small holes, and you're done.

hondaboy_tsx, where did you get the kit? I wonder if the cargo net offered at hondacuraworld.com includes all necessary parts for me to install it myself?

The cargo net is pretty cool. You can turn it upside down to help prevent things from submarining underneath if needed.
Best use so far: Grocery hauling. If you use plastic bags, the trunk tray is "sticky" enough that it will grab the bag and the items will slip out. The cargo net holds everything.
