as if the hurricane rita isnt bad enough ( i live near the reliant stadium houston) last night my car plus my 2 roomates cars plus 6 other cars in our parking lot got broken into, the method was to break a window and climb through, they dug through my trunk because my backseat was down and all my center compartments, but the m@#$$ers didnt look in my unlocked glove box, i had my $400 brand new valentine 1 in there and they didnt touch it, my roomate got his system jacked with his 2 12's and amp, and my other roomate just got his lock on his ranger busted up, he did not have nething to steal.......also my downstairs neighbors volvo s40 is so new he doesnt even have insurance papers or a license plate yet, his wallet got stolen. i was going to drive to dallas but now i guess im going with my mom and dad in their yukon. gotta store the tsx in a garage til i get back from dallas to fix the left rear window.....im so sad i cried a little tear, i luv my car very much, i keep it nice and clean and the scum of the earth screws it up for me....yeah sorry for the bitchin i just wanted to share my pain........

YUP, this happened to me too. year ago, when I was in cali chilling with my parents. I left my car(240sx) on the parking lot and some fag joy rided my car and left on the freeway. I was lucky enough to figure this out by my room mate so I called the cop. They told me that they should find in a week. That point, I didn't wanted my car back because I already knew they fycked my stuff up and took my stuff but few days later, They called me and told me that they found the car on the side of the freeway. I had to pay $500 to get my car back and they broke my lip kit, my CD player console, bumpers and etc. After few months later, I got a phone call from cop and told me that they caught the bitches that who jacked my car. I just wanted them to go to jail and suffer but some reason they ended up not going to the jail. I found out that STUPID WASHINGTON STATE HAS NO MORE ROOM LEFT ON PRISON!!!~WTF IS THAT!!!!!!~~ THERE IS NO ROOM??? ITS ALL FULL!~ They ended up doing some community service!!~ hmmmmm....BS

 

im glad texas has the death pentalty, 3 strikes you die, other states try to ban the death penalty, we got a express lane, i love texas

 

my brother lives near the stadium also and they broke into his discovery, but the cops caught him because someone reported seeing it done to another car. busted out his rf window and took his bags.

 

In case you have not heard, this happens a lot in california, cause all prisons , jails are full to the max, lots of inmate are sleeping on the hallway of the jail, and most minor offenders are being let off with community service and the moderate ones are being let go WAY EARLIER than their terms because there are simply no more room to put them. I know the frustration,,, but its not BS,,,cause the JAIL IS FULL claim is very true and factual....but still sucks, i would want that guy to go jail forever.......but..............oh well....

 

sometimes I like to imagine myself catching someone vandalizing/breaking into your car and what I would do to them.

I recently had my integra broken into in Montreal..they found my Valentine One in my center arm rest....they didn't touch the stereo but they tried to hot wire the car but was unsuccessful.... I wish they stole the f@*$# thing because It was rough waking up Sunday morning from an unbeleivable bachelor party to see your car destroyed....the bachelor party rocked...so it was worth the trip!

...the trip back to Boston wasn't fun since I had to go through the border on a flat bed....

The person who did this to my car deserves to DIE!

 

Sorry to hear about your troubles... Years ago I had my Camaro broken into and they caught the theives later that night. They had broken into several cars.

At the time I was a hourly paid employee and had to take an afternoon off without pay to go to court. The little %^%%& were only charges with theft under a $1000. (My stereo and tapes were worth more than that). They got off with a conditional sentence that if they stayed trouble free their records would get cleaned.

I was ticked off, I lost my afternoon's pay, the insurance company only covered part of the loss and to make matters worse when I went back to the police station to pick up my tapes, most of them were gone. The kids who were the thieves had shown up first and had told the cops that some of the tapes recovered were some of their own and they pick the best out of the bunch that were there. Hang em I say, hang them high!!!

Another good example of the Canadian justice system doing TOO little,.........pisses me off. All of these light sentences for ppl is ridiculous. It makes me think twice about going into law,...............but thats why I wouldnt be doing criminal law anyway,......I dunno how my uncle/cousins do it (as in the law is too light handed in many cases in my opinion). Hmmmmm,... maybe politics would be good,....get some laws changed,....make them more harsh for ppl like the losers that busted into everyones cars on this thread.

news bulletin: Today Bill C247 was passed, making the minimum sentence for breaking into a car (regardless of the reason) 6yrs in prision without chance of early parole. Sounds good to me. NEVER would happen. HAHAHA, I cant believe how ridiculous the crap is I just wrote,......hope it makes ppl laugh.

my car got broken into the first day I drove to LA. Worst feeling ever. I just couldn't believe what was happening.. and the feeling that you probably got a lot more than you think stolen in the car.. but you'll never remember what...

Man, if I were an electrical engineer, I would invent something that electrocutes the fuck out of the criminals. Maybe some wires in the lower windows or all around the outline of the windows connected directly to the battery when the car is locked. When the car is broken in to, the alarm activates. You throw on your shoes, rush outside in just enough time to see the potential thief flopping around like a fish out of water. Justice baby!
