Car getting keyed...
Just curious if anyone's had problems with their TSX getting messed with, keyed, dented, etc. I worry a lot about mine in parking lots. I'm just wondering how many people have been a victim of their car getting keyed.
If your question is, if Acura specifically TSX are magnets to get keyed? I would say not more than a Ford or GM. Don't worry about it.
I have never really thought about it. If you're not having any problems with anybody it shouldn't be an issue. But I guess there are nuts out there who would do something like that for inexplicable reasons.

Since I already had a hit and run once, I worry more about that than getting keyed. If you're at a school, or not such a great part of town, then I can see why you'd be more concerned, but what are you going to do, not go to school? Just don't worry about it. If it happens, it happens, there's not too much you can do.

Man, your car really takes a beating, huh?
Not my TSX, but the car I had before it (VW Passat) was keyed when I parked on the street in NYC - damn savages. They managed to key almost every body panel. Lucky for me, my insurance company paid to have the whole car re-painted.
when I was parked at a mall in Toms River, NJ some asshole scratched one of my headlights which made deep ugly scratches. Luckily the dealer is replacing it for me-free. also luckily they did not ruin anything else.
I just try not to go anywhere, where kids hang out. If I go to the mall I do not park where the movies are. I go to upscale malls only. Nothing is 100% but I get the odds as much as I can in my favor.

This is really sad. I guess there is some of the backlash that many Asian-Am's feared. It's pathetic that for some race becomes an issue. Doubt if the killer were a white guy who killed a lot of Asians, that whites would find their cars keyed. Undercurrents of racial hate and mis-trust, some of which may have impelled Cho, still exists. Many still need to open their eyes.

Thats F up man. Find those punks and give them a nice beating. Touch da TSX again and see what will happen.............
ARe you sure its not your Ex girlfriend?
yeah, the hood got keyed on my car the first week i owned it. I think some kid fell off of his bike, or put his bookbag on my hood, its a straight line about 15 inches long. Im thinking about replacing the hood with a CF one since repainting it would cost about the same as buying the new hood

I had a hit and run too while my car was parked in a ghetto plaza. I was gone for 25 min. and the car was 4 mths. old. Its true you can't obsess over it, and for me the more I worry or baby the car the more shit seems to happen to my car.I think my TSX likes abuse

Nah, she wouldn't.
We just live in a judgemental society, that's all.
