Hi TSX forum. I just got my new TSX a few weeks ago, CGP, Quartz, no Nav, and I am very impressed by it. It has exceeded my expectations. But you probably know that. I just wanted to know how to tell the sequence number. The build date says Dec 2003.

It's the last 4 digits of the VIN#. I'm awaiting #25799.

 

Thanks, then mine is 22315. I had heard that the production was to be limited to 15,000 units the first year. I guess the demand is high. The first weekend I had the car, my neighbor came over and really checked it out, A week later he had one and is really happy. He traded in his 2000 CL.

I waited almost a month to get mine. how long has yours been on order?

 

I put down the deposit on Feb 19th. They told me it was being shipped from Japan and didn't know the exact arrival date. Hopefully it's here in a week or two. At least I know it's built and on it's way.

 

Acura's production was not limited. They set a sales target of 15,000 units for 2003 and exceeded that by around 5000. Unless they increase production they are on pace to produce around 26,500 units per year.

it's weird.. why is that? does the cdn tsx have a diff numbering
scheme?

mine can't be the 3890th TSX
unless i m the 3890th tsx in canada? i m kinda confused..

 

You're the 3890th tsx in Canada. The numbring is different b/c the US and Candian cars are different in several ways.
