Arg! Can't come to decision on color of TSX!
I'm broken between carbon grey and arctic blue pearl. I was hoping they would come out with a darker shade of blue for 05, but didn't happen.
Carbon Grey - I think it's a good manly color, but something about it just doesn't click. Maybe too many of us has it that it has become a dull color?
Arctic Blue Pearl - Beautiful color at night, but during the day, too flashy.
How did you guys decide your color?

I am not feeling it with ABP.
I think ABP is too flashy in day and lures all the attentions from cops who are eager to get you ticket.
CG is nice color I have CG I never regret on my choice, but like some peeps said it's got blue hue.
But I think CG is the best color if you're gonna get JDM head light set with clear corner.
Everytime I see PWP, I am sort of envy of the driver that he chose white. In my opinion, I think PWP is the best color for TSX. You know Honda's Type R serises all came out in white in Japan as Honda's symbol color.

I'm looking at the CG, & ABP, but leaning towards the CG. There both nice colors though. I also like the white, I don't like white cars in general, but I like it on the TSX for some reason.

Color Quandary
All the colors are sweet. That's why we get hung up on the choice. First you'll love one, then be drawn to another. And if you are unfortunate enough to be shopping with a SO, she will have her own ideas and it will get doubly complicated. I was determined to buy the CG--classy, understated, elegant. But could not tolerate it with Ebony interior. Too dark and austere. She wanted MMS, and while it is perfectly sensible and attractive half the cars on road seem to be silver--gotten a little overdone. Thought black and parchment would have been awesome, but so many black purchasers seem to regret it--the cleanliness issues. Early on my attention was grabbed by a stunning PWP and it's airy light tan interior. But have never liked white cars (all my dad ever bought-never understood it!) and realized the interior would be hell to keep clean. But all through the process and the back and forth this is the one I couldn't get out of my mind. So jewel like and rich looking. This is the way it may happen with you---one will just grab you on an emotional level and you will long for the others but keep coming back to one particular combination. The one you keep coming back to, and can't get out of your mind is probably the one you should go with. But there is no wrong choice, they are all lovely.

You don't say what interior color you want. I was leaning toward ebony but when I saw it in person I was turned off by the stark two-tone contrast of the interior. The quartz interior was better looking in person than I ever thought it could be just by looking at the pictures. Having said all that, the blue only comes with the ebony interior. CG is available with either interior. Something to think about.

I got SSM cause I allready had a car that was kinda CGPish... Didn't want black cause I don't want to wash it every other day. No white or red cause it only came in Parchment interior. No MSM cause it only came in Grey Interior. So that left me with SSM and ABP...and I wanted a lighter color to contrast the black interior...so SSM it was

what is this one color on the tsx, it is really really light and w/ a tint of blue, kinda like the color of the sky but brighter. I couldn't find it on the acura website, but I saw a TSX in that color last nite and it made me wonder...

Kenji, I am leaning toward the ABP, it just seems right. I have to admit when I first saw it about 6 months ago I thought it was much too bright. Now I think it is a perfect contrast with the wheel color and the dark interior. I have to agree it is best at dusk.

I have the ABP myself and I love the cooler. Carbon was my other color but didn't get it thinking too many people have it, but I've only seen one since the TSX came out. I see lots of white though and I love that color too! But my other car is white so I didn't want that. But I think the blue is more suited for younger people and I don't think it's flashy at all. Actually I don't know what APB really looks like cause I'm always in my car. The only time I see it is from an RSX with the same color and it looks pretty good!

I love all the TSX colors! Between CG and ABP though, I found that the ABP has more of a "sheen" than the CG. ABP is definitely rarer and flashier. If you want something classier, go with CG; for something sportier and more of an eye-catcher, go with ABP. Does your dealer have either in stock?

ABP(I am bias since I own one, so take this post with a grain of salt), but EVERY girl who has seen the car or been in the car has complemented me on the color, they all LOVE it- if that matters to you at all. My car is bone stock(not running stock tires, but they don't notice that) so its not too flashy, I will admit even though its a fairly cheap car when its clean on a sunny day the color seems to attract some attention- its not like driving a ferrari but its better then a taurus. I don't see many TSX's in my area, but the color I see the most of is MR and CG, I have never seen another ABP so its almost like a little exclusivity which I like.

Originally wanted white, but didn't like the parchment interior (which I now like), then decided to get ABP, but then thought it would be lame to have two Acura's in blue, then I opted for black, but my dad convinced me it would be hard to manage the car if it was black, then I agreed and decided to get CG/Ebony.

We ordered a 2005 ABP . We saw one parked a few months ago and it stopped us dead in our tracks. But that's us; others may loathe the color. A car salesman I once befriended told me, with regard to an ugly car he had sitting on his showroom floor, "There's an ass for every seat. Someone will buy it."
I suppose there's an "ass for every color" too.
