Hey guys I no longer have my TSX Im now rockin a Passat. I have a new CF hood that I never put on my car. Why didn't I put it on my car?? Because It was for an 05 TSX Damn Carbon Creations sent me the wrong hood.

Sorry that your car was stolen.... the Passat is a great looking car - in fact, the wagon is one of the best looking wagons around! Can you tell us though, how you got to choose the Passat among so many other cars in the same category? Also, the only thing that stopped me from getting a VW before was their electronic gremlin. Have you had any problem so far? I would love to know your first hand experience. Thanks!

 

i like VW, but not sure about their reliability.

 

I loved the luxury of the TSX & wanted something similar but I only had a little over 6K to work with. In short I had dropped insurance for 3 months, Im young & dumb. Then got insurance 1 week later no car. Some people are like FRAUD! However I got hosed. I paid 20K down on my car but I also got my acura dealer to finance 5K for a supercharger. (see old oooold thread) So I ended up oweing about 17 with finance charges & everything. B/c I was red flagged for fraud I did not get enough to pay off car.

Oh and car had brand new baby stuff for my 3 month old daughter at the time!

Anywho...

Moral of story do not let a bunch of people you do not know in your house & act shocked when keys disappear.

So I found a unmolested 1999 V6 2.8L for a little over 6K. It has some nuts to it. And for what I had to spend that was my best option. I just had a baby so I couldn't spend months car shopping.

 

I didn't get a wagon But I really like the car. No issues so far.
