2005 Defective Paint - Silver

Hi, I'm new to this site and am wondering if anyone else has had problems with their paint jobs. My car is a 2005 TSX with silver paint. The spots start off small and then get bigger and bigger. It's not an overspray event because there's no real pattern. Acura refuses to admit it's defective paint even though paint shops have looked at it and said it is defective paint. Does anyone know how to figure out lot numbers to determine if there is more than one car (mine) with defective paint? The spots are getting worst on my car and of course the regional paint guy for Acura says it's environmental damage! I have a lawyer working with Acura (which is a bit of an overstatement) but I would also like to hear from other owners. Thanks and look forward to any info you can provide.

'04 SSM. Had my bumper repainted under warranty because of peeling. Had an area about 1/4" x 1/2" and growing.

04 SSM here. Only problem with the paint is that it seems thin. Have some rock chips here and there.

i have little spots on my car as well, but my car is black. the spots look like purple-ish dots. there's not a lot of them, and they haven't grown in size, so i'm not concerned yet

I have a MSM and have received a number of chips over the past 4 years. From what I have read on this forum, this seems to be pretty common since Honda went to more environmentally friendly paint.
